The past week, has been up and down.

The start of the week, i had a good couple days. Monday i was a bit off and didn’t eat very much. I don’t really know what was up. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was brilliant, on plan and walked lots. I felt great. Friday was good up until the slimming world meal! I had such an amazing time with all of us and then me and my mum went out for a ‘few’ drinks. Saturday, Sunday and Monday turned into a bit of a ‘eat shit’. I didn’t really go over board i just ate crap.

I still did lots of walking and didn’t over eat as such.

Now we are off till the 28th- i still want to try and stay on plan as much as i can but as it’s Christmas…. No Promises lol.

 

Weigh In- -0.5lb. I’m happy with that, especially after the shitty days.

Total Weight Loss-  10.5lbs.

This week, like last has been horrific, I have tried to stay on plan but i just couldn’t do it. I had some good meals with lots of speedy fruit and veg but bloody hell, im so disappointed with my self.

Ill share some of my meals:

To say this week i have been extremely scared to face those scales to yet another gain, i just need a massive kick up the arse to get myself in gear. i know that, the stone award isn’t going to happen any time soon.

Weigh in: +0.5lbs

Total weight loss so far: 10lbs

I’m quite surprised that it wasn’t more than that, so I’m determined to stay on plan this week! Wish me luck!!

This week has been a bit up and down. I started the week brilliant!

Monday to Friday afternoon i was on plan and i stuck to it, with 10,000 steps each day and lots of speed foods i thought woah! This 3 and a half pounds is nothing. I got this. I had lots of different meals to try, including spag bol with spinach which i have never had before. I really liked it.

BUT Friday afternoon to Sunday Eve i was off plan, i ate some serious crap and i regretted it fully after, so Monday i was very good and did lots of walking, hoping for at least a maintain.

Weigh in: +1lbs GAIN. 

This is my first gain since joining, so I’m not too upset about it, and its only a lb. Although now im sure if i can reach 1st lost before Christmas.

My Slimming World Journey.

For the past 4 weeks, i have been on Slimming World. I joined with my mum after i decided i couldn’t keep feeling shitty about myself. I have put on a lot of weight since i had my babies and i have had a lot of trouble in the past with eating disorders and weight troubles. I needed something to keep me safe and to help me healthily. I had wanted to try for a very long time, but because of my anxiety and my eating disorder i kind of restricted myself from doing this.

I have yoyo dieted all my life and i don’t know what clicked in me but i realised that i couldn’t keep going on like this. My mum invited me along, and talked me through it to make sure i wasn’t too anxious and i got signed up. I was shown where to sign in and pay, then where to weigh. I was also talked through my booklet and got started.

I weighed in and my start weight was: 12st 5 and a half lbs. 

I found out my Club 10 target: 11st 2 and a half lbs. 

I also set myself a interim target: 11st 9lbs. 

Here is how my first 4 weeks went.

Week 1: Lost- 2 & a half lbs. 

Week 2: – Lost 4 lbs. 

Week 3: – Lost 2 lbs.  (Won my half a stone award)

Week 4: – Lost 1lb.

Total loss: 9 and a half lbs.

I will be uploading every week, an update on my weigh in each week. My weigh ins are on a Tuesday and how my week went, if i stuck to plan and what exercise I did.
