50 Things I’ll Teach my Daughters.

As a parent, you always want whats best for your children.

  1. Be yourself.
  2. You’re mental health is more important than anything.
  3. Don’t let anyone tell you, that you can’t. You can.
  4. Don’t let other people’s actions define you.
  5. You always can talk to me.
  6. Whatever you want to do or be, I will support you.
  7. Don’t let any man(or woman) stop you from achieving your dreams.
  8. Your opinions matter.
  9. You’re beautiful & you always will be.
  10. Don’t let stereotypes hold you back.
  11. Always be yourself. You’ll find potions who love you, for you.
  12. Don’t ever make someone feel down, there will be a time you feel the same.
  13. Don’t be afraid to show off your talents! No matter how big or small.
  14. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
  15. You are never alone. No matter how much you feel it.
  16. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
  17. Don’t rush. There’s plenty of time.
  18. You will go so many different friends in your life, the people love you for you, will stay.
  19. Don’t let anyone tell you, you’re not good enough.
  20. Listen to music, embrace it.
  21. Stand up for yourself.
  22. After he(she) took you on a date, you don’t owe them anything.
  23. Make-up won’t make you beautiful.
  24. You’re personality will.
  25. Trust is very important.
  26. Disney is awesome.
  27. Don’t be someone you’re not, for someone.
  28. You can have an amazing time, without touching drugs or alcohol.
  29. As cringe as it may sound coming from your mum, make sure you check your breasts. You can never be to careful.
  30. Money isn’t everything.
  31. Thoughtful gifts are what matters, not price tags.
  32. Chocolate will only make you feel good for a little bit.
  33. Being a parent is hard.
  34. You will fail and times, and its okay.
  35. Learn to say NO. i know it sounds easy now,  but i promise you will know.
  36. You only live once, make it a good one.
  37. I promise, there is something out there for you, you will find it when the time is right.
  38. Nothing beats your mums cooking.
  39. Dance, dance like no one is watching. Dance when cleaning, when cooking(carefully). Dance when you can.
  40. Marriage is a big thing, find your best friend, someone who you could see yourself waking up too everyday. Don’t marry if you have any doubts.
  41. Challenge yourself.
  42. Always take your make-up off before bed.
  43. I will always be honest with you.
  44. Just because it fits, doesn’t mean you should wear it.
  45. Go to at least 3 different countries.
  46. Try new foods.
  47. you CAN rock that red lipstick.
  48. Don’t abuse your vagina, look after it.
  49. Do one thing daunting, feel the adrenaline.

    These are ALL important things that need to be taught as they get older. I have a daughter too and I already try stressing some of these things! She may not understand yet but it doesn’t hurt to start now.
